Centrifugal condensers application and models

Air Condensers with centrifugal direct traction fans, specially designed for the installation in the external and internal locations just us cellars or machine’s hall, where a high pressure air is required to win the pressure drops in the conducts. These can be supplied so can adapt to the installation needs, due the modular construction enable to give different orientations in the air exit.

The Intersam series of air condensers are defined as ICC for the commercial series and ICCI for the industrial series. Each series includes different models, depending of the number and characteristiques of the modules.

General features

Coils

High performance condensers coils, built with copper tubes in ½” staggered located and corrugated aluminium fins with fin spacing 2,1mm. The frame is built with galvanized sheet, with a floating system by collars protection. They have a copper collector system with load shells to check that there are not leakages during the installation. The battery is installed in the internal structure having a compact and rigid unit

External structure

This is built through independent modules of galvanized sheet, for each motor fan. All the structure is compact and very resistant, thus avoiding vibration. All the components and panels are easily detachable for the motor’s maintenance.

Due the exit air is fortuitous, the unit can be located in vertical or horizontal position thanks the fitting points.

Fans

Centrifugal fans of double ear with direct traction in the roller axle, with high performances and low sound level for the ICC series and pulleys fans for the ICCI series. The motor fans can be supplied for single phase 220V/50Hz or three phase 230-400V/Hz.

At the same time, the ensemble is installed over the box with an anti vibration system. The motor fans are connected to external waterproof box, following the norm IP-55.
